LOS(T) ANGELES: The Gay Police Commissioner
and the Boy Scoutsby

Los Angeles, Alta California - October 22, 2009 - (ACN) As the City of Los Angeles prepares to appoint its next police chief, there is a possible scandal brewing that can taint the selection process and negatively affect the chances for a Latino to head the police department for the first time in its history.
Homosexual/Jewish Deputy Chief David Kalish molested six young Explorer cadets while he was in charge of the LAPD Explorer program. Court testimony revealed that he molested some of the young boys while in uniform and in a police squad car. The five member Los Angeles Police Commission has interviewed a number of applicants this week for the position of police chief and among these are two highly qualified Latinos who are presently serving as Deputy Chiefs under outgoing Police Chief William Bratton. They are Deputy Chief Sergio Diaz and Deputy Chief Mark Perez.
Eventually the police commission will narrow the field of applicants to only three. The city mayor will then appoint the next police chief from those three and send the selectee to the city council for confirmation. The problem for the large Mexican-American and Latino community of Los Angeles is that also vying for the position of police chief is the very "gay friendly" Assistant Chief Earl Paysinger who is African-American.
In the October 6, 2009 Los Angeles Police Commission meeting, the openly homosexual/Jewish commissioner Robert M. Saltzman made some incredibly biased comments that were seconded by the president of the commission John W. Mack who is also African-American. Saltzman was already addressing Paysinger as the "Police Chief" to the delight of Mack. Also it appears that Paysinger and Mack are planning to axe the Boy Scouts of America as administrators of the LAPD Explorer Programs in a deal with the homosexual commissioner. The gay commissioner does not like the Boy Scouts because of their careful attention in protecting boys from possible molestation by sodomites.
We have provided the following video of the beginning of the October 6, 2009 commission meeting when Saltzman made his statement. The LAPD Explorer Programs consists of mostly boys as young as 14 years old. In the video Saltzman thanks Paysinger for inviting him to have some time with the boys. He comments that he and "his husband" attended an orientation of the Explorer Programs and adds that they took a "little brother" with them they met in a program similar to the "Big Brother Program."
The LAPD has been recently rocked by a series of sexual molestation scandals involving boys in the LAPD Explorer Program. The most notorious involved six Explorer youth scouts who were molested by homosexual/Jewish Deputy Chief David J. Kalish. Deputy Chief Kalish was an applicant, at one time, for police chief. Also, the City Council voted to pay $1.4 million to settle a lawsuit by another LAPD Explorer Scout who was sexually abused by police officers. In this case police officers would provide alcohol to boys in the Explorer Program while camping and then molest them. In addition, two weeks ago, an LAPD officer and his son were arrested on pedophile charges. LAPD officer John Deegan, 54, and his 25-year-old son, Jonathon have been charged on two counts of possession of child pornography.
We do not know what kind of deal Paysinger made with the gay commissioner but eliminating the Boys Scouts of America as administrators of the LAPD Explorer Program is not a very good idea especially with the sexual molestation history of the police department. We hope that Commissioner Robert M. Saltzman's push to eliminate the Boy Scouts of America is not indicative of a desire to merely promote the homosexual agenda. We also hope that the Paysinger/Saltzman deal does not adversely affect the chances of a Latino to become police chief.
