HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF: The 1976 Swine Flu Vaccine Scandal

George Santayana - 1905It is tragic how the American public keeps getting scammed by the same ploys time and again. This is especially true when the scams are by the purveyors of "snake oil" who promise that their medicines will cure this and that. P. T. Barnum attempted to explain this tragedy when he said, "There's a sucker born every minute."
Today, the giant pharmaceuticals, with the help of their paid agents in government and some stooges in the media, are about to perpetuate the same scam on the public they pulled back in 1976. Back then, certain pharmaceutical companies made billions in profits pushing swine flu vaccines which instead of being beneficial actually killed people and maimed others for life. Their successful strategy then, which they are again using today, was to scare the hell out of the public by telling them that if they did not take the vaccine that they would face "death." The "scare tactics" were implemented through artful and effective propaganda disseminated through the mainstream corporate media and by utilizing "credible" but deceitful medical institutions.
